- 1 cup (200gms) pitted Natural Delights Medjool Dates (approximately 10 -12 dates)
- ¾ cup (180ml) boiling water
- 1¼ cups (200gms) good quality dark chocolate (chips, chunks, or finely chopped)
- ½ cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dates: Place the pitted Medjool dates into your blender canister. Carefully pour the boiling water over the dates. Allow them to soak for a few minutes to soften further, then blend until you achieve a wonderfully smooth purée. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender canister as necessary to ensure all dates are incorporated.
